We are urgently looking for a Senior Operations Manager with a civil engineering and contracting background to join our team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of hands-on experience in tendering, BOQ & cost estimation, pre-qualification & bid management, FIDIC/NEC contract administration, and claims & dispute resolution.

Experience with Kuwait MPW or GCC government projects is a strong advantage.
