Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support for government construction projects in Salmi.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to project managers and site teams working on government projects.
Handle official correspondence with government authorities, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, approvals, permits, and reports.
Manage document control systems in compliance with government project requirements.
Follow up on approvals, submissions, and project-related requests with ministries and government bodies.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of official documents.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in government projects in Kuwait.
Familiarity with Kuwait ministries, public authorities, and approval processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic .
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of correspondence formats used in government communication.
Valid Kuwait license with car and willing to travel to salmi
Transferable residency
