Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
--------------------
> Develop high-quality, original content including posts, videos, graphics, blogs, and captions aligned with the brand voice
> Create and edit multimedia content (images, short videos, reels, animations, etc.)
> Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and translate them into engaging content
> Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals

Social Media Management

> Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.)
> Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
> Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions; respond in a timely and professional manner
> Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Strategy & Campaign Execution

> Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
> Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns
> Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align messaging and campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

> Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, follower growth)
> Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights
> Optimize content strategy based on analytics and trends

Brand & Community Building

Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and tone of voice
Identify opportunities to grow and engage target audiences
Build and nurture online communities and brand loyalty


Qualifications & Requirements
------------------------------
> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
> 2–5 years of experience in content creation and social media management
> Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends
> Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
> Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
> Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
