Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, and efficiently handle multiple administrative tasks.

Typical Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain office records and filing systems.
Answer phone calls and greet visitors professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
Perform general administrative and secretarial duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
