Description

Coordinate sea, air, and land freight shipments.
Follow up with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and transporters.
Prepare and verify shipping documents (B/L, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, etc.).
Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
Coordinate customs clearance and delivery with brokers and transporters.
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely shipment movement.
Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and shipping regulations.
