Description

A leading financial services company in Kuwait is looking for a motivated and experienced Foreign Exchange (FX) Dealer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing foreign exchange transactions, manage currency risk, managing client and bank relationships, and monitoring currency market movements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Execute foreign exchange transactions (spot, forward & swap) with local and international banks.
* Obtain competitive exchange rate quotations and negotiate deals.
* Monitor global currency markets and provide timely market updates, economic indicators & geopolitical developments.
* Manage foreign currency positions and ensure compliance with internal policies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with correspondent banks.
* Prepare FX reports and maintain accurate transaction records.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
2–5 years of proven experience in FX dealing or treasury operations
Strong understanding of currency markets and trading platforms
Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
Ability to perform under pressure and make timely decisions
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
