Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong estimation and quantity surveying skills, with practical knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for civil construction projects.
Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare material quantity calculations and cost analysis.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Coordinate with the Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
Assist in tender preparation, bid submissions, and project budgeting.
Maintain estimation records and project documentation.
Prepare variation orders and cost reports when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in civil estimation or quantity surveying.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
Experience with construction projects and tendering procedures will be an added advantage.
