Job Title: Business Procurement Specialist

Location: Kuwait (initially), with assignment to the UAE project after 3 months

Number of Vacancies: 3

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Business Procurement Specialists to support procurement operations in Kuwait and the UAE. The selected candidates will initially be based in Kuwait and, after approximately three months, will be assigned to support our UAE project.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct supplier sourcing, inquiries, price comparisons, and commercial negotiations in Kuwait and the UAE.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including obtaining quotations, evaluating suppliers, and coordinating procurement activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate procurement records.
Requirements
Proven experience in business negotiation and overseas procurement operations.
Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of the Middle East procurement market, particularly Kuwait and the UAE.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to join immediately.
