Milestone Consultancy is hiring for the position of:
Sales Representative – Accounting and Financial Consulting Services (B2B)
If you possess exceptional persuasion skills and a passion for building professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers, join our professional team!
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Research and Targeting: Proactively identify and contact potential corporate and institutional clients.
• Marketing and Sales: Effectively market and sell the firm's accounting and consulting services.
• Sales Meetings: Arrange and conduct strategic meetings and deliver presentations to clients.
• Relationship Building: Establish strong, long-term professional relationships with business owners.
• Deal Closing: Diligently follow up on sales opportunities and convert them into actual, sustainable contracts.
• Target Achievement: Achieve required monthly sales targets and regularly update client data.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in B2B services sales). • Sectoral Knowledge: Background or basic knowledge of financial services, accounting, or the business environment.
• Personal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Self-Management: Strong ability to work independently and manage time and deadlines effectively.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer programs and everyday business applications.
