Key Responsibilities:
We need for our Restaurant a storekeeper:
Receive, inspect, and store all food, beverage, and operating supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Issue items to departments as per approved requisitions.
Ensure proper storage conditions, stock rotation (FIFO), and hygiene standards.
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen teams to ensure timely replenishment.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a restaurant or hotel F&B operation.
Good knowledge of food & beverage inventory management and store procedures.
Familiarity with FIFO, stock control, and hygiene standards.
Basic computer skills and inventory software knowledge preferred.
Well-organized, accurate, and trustworthy.
