Description

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, organized, and multitasking Admin & HR to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
• Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and coordinate schedules. Prepare reports, correspondence and maintain company records.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage employee records, HR documentation and personnel files, other HR-related activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Administration and HR.
• Strong communication and organizational skills. Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
