Job Summary:

We are seeking an AI Prompt Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our AI solutions team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Arabic dialect prompt engineering for building high-quality conversational AI experiences.



The role focuses on designing, optimizing, and improving prompts for chat and voice AI agents using modern Large Language Models (LLMs).



Key Responsibilities

* Design and optimize prompts for Arabic conversational AI systems

* Develop natural, context-aware conversations in Arabic dialects

* Improve response accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance in AI outputs

* Work with chat and voice AI agent systems

* Collaborate with technical teams to integrate prompts into production environments

* Continuously refine prompts based on performance and user feedback



Required Skills

* 2–3 years of experience in prompt engineering, conversational AI, or related fields

* Strong command of Arabic (dialect understanding required)

* Experience with LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar models

* Understanding of chatbot or voice AI systems

* knowledge of Python or APIs is an added advantage (FASTAPI/DJANGO/FLASK)
