We are seeking a results-driven Sales Officer with a proven track record in trading sales to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will leverage their technical background and deep understanding of Oil & Gas sector products—specifically gaskets and sealing solutions—to drive business expansion, manage key accounts, and secure market share across Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve defined sales targets.

Account Management: Build, maintain, and scale strategic relationships with clients, contractors, and procurement teams within the Kuwaiti Oil & Gas sector.

Sales Operations: End-to-end management of the sales cycle, including preparing precise technical quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and diligent follow-up on orders and outstanding collections.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal logistics, finance, and operations teams to guarantee seamless order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on market trends, competitor movements, and emerging customer requirements to refine sales strategy.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated industrial trading or sales experience strictly within the Kuwait Oil & Gas sector.

Market Knowledge: Established network and robust understanding of local clients, EPC contractors, suppliers, and industry dynamics in Kuwait.

Skills: Strong negotiation, technical presentation, and relationship-building capabilities. Highly articulate in professional communication.

Logistics: Valid Kuwait Driving License is highly preferred.

Status: Must possess a Transferable Residency status in Kuwait.
