Description

We urgent need for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle daily administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent support to the office team.
Key Responsibilities
 Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
 Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries professionally.
 Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records.
 Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, reports, and correspondence.
 Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
 Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
 Manage filing systems (both physical and electronic).
 Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.
 Assist with data entry and maintain accurate databases.
 Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.
 Good knowledge in preparing gate pass
Requirements
 Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
 Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
 Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ERP systems or accounting software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of document preparation and office procedures.
• Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
