We are hiring for our restaurant a Waiter/Waitress under 35 year old from (Kuwait only) with previous experience in a luxury restaurant who will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests. The role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that reflects the restaurant’s lifestyle dining concept.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
Present menus, explain dishes, beverages, and daily specials confidently.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams.
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.
Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback.
Service Operations

Set up and maintain assigned stations according to restaurant standards.
Serve food and beverages efficiently, professionally, and according to service procedures.
Monitor tables and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service.
Process bills and payments accurately.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
