Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Female sales support engineer/coordinator who have the back ground for Electrical/Electronics Diploma of Bachler's degree or a relative field with immediate joining.
>2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support and inside sales
>Experience in ZOHO Books preferred
>Good Communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
>Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Main Duties and Responsibilities
>Prepare quotations, technical and commercial offers, and follow up with customers
>Coordinate with customers, suppliers, manufactures and the sales team regarding enquiries, orders and deliveries.
>Assist the sales team with tender submissions and other sales related activities.
>Handle multiple tasks and provide cross-functional support as required.
>attend to front desk and reception duties during the annual leave and absence of the executive secretary.
