🚚 We’re Hiring at iMile Delivery in KUWAIT only! 🚚

We are looking for talented professionals to fill the Drivers Team Leader position:


Key Responsibilities
-Lead and supervise a team of delivery drivers to achieve daily operational targets.
-Plan and assign delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
-Monitor driver attendance, productivity, and performance.
-Ensure timely delivery completion and service quality.
-Resolve daily operational issues, including route changes and driver shortages.
-Audit undelivered orders and verify proof of delivery.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic laws, and safety standards.
-Train and coach new and existing drivers on SOPs and best practices.
-Prepare daily performance reports and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
-2–4 years of experience in logistics, last mile operations.
-Arabic Profeciency
-Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Good knowledge of Kuwait's road network and delivery operations.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics/mobile applications.
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
