Female Customer Service / Call Center Representative ✈️

Golden Eagle Travel & Tourism Co. is looking for a Female Customer Service / Call Center Representative to join our growing Travel & Tourism team.

If you're passionate about customer service, enjoy communicating with people, and are eager to build a career in the travel industry, we'd love to hear from you!

✈️ Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on bookings, travel requests, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the Reservations and Operations teams.
- Learn and work with airline reservation systems such as Galileo and Amadeus.
- Assist with daily travel and ticketing operations.

✅ Requirements:

- Egyptian nationality is preferred.
- Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Center is an advantage, but not required.
- Fresh candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, organized, and customer-focused.
- Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
