Description

Urgently required Office Assistant who can join immediately.
Responsibilities:
• Handle filing, data entry, and document management.
• Prepare reports, letters, and other office documents.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Support HR and Accounts with basic administrative tasks.
• Perform general office duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of office administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
