Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and managing construction projects while ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. The successful candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects.
Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Supervise construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved plans.
Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Review and approve contractor work, materials, and technical submissions.
Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and progress reports.
Ensure projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Identify engineering challenges and provide practical solutions.
Maintain project records and ensure timely completion within budget.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience (or as required).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural design, and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and other engineering software.
Familiarity with local construction codes and safety regulations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Valid driving license (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Professional engineering certification or membership is an advantage.
Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
