Job Opening: Security Systems Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operation of all electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and central monitoring systems.
- Monitor security systems to ensure they are fully operational and respond promptly to any faults or security incidents.
- Manage system access, user permissions, and security controls.
- Identify security risks and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and asset protection.
- Conduct routine inspections, audits, and testing of security systems.
- Support emergency response procedures and report any security or safety concerns immediately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety requirements, and security procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the security team.
- Work on a shift basis as required to support 24/7 operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Security Manager.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Security Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in electronic security systems, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and other electronic security systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot security system issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English and Arabic to effectively perform job duties.
