🚨 We’re Hiring – Head Chef (Japanese Cuisine) 🇯🇵

We are launching a new Japanese delivery concept in Kuwait and are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team.

💰 Salary: KD 280–350 (depending on experience)

Requirements:
✅ Local hiring only (Applicants must currently be in Kuwait).
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Japanese cuisine.
✅ Proven experience in developing Japanese restaurant concepts and menus.
✅ Strong knowledge of authentic Japanese dishes including sushi, sashimi, ramen, donburi, tempura, yakitori, udon, katsu, and more.
✅ Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens.
✅ Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
✅ Knowledge of food costing, inventory control, recipe standardization, and food safety.
✅ Ability to maintain high quality and consistency under pressure.
