We are launching a new Japanese delivery concept in Kuwait and are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: KD 280โ€“350 (depending on experience)

Requirements:
โœ… Local hiring only (Applicants must currently be in Kuwait).
โœ… Minimum 5 years of experience in Japanese cuisine.
โœ… Proven experience in developing Japanese restaurant concepts and menus.
โœ… Strong knowledge of authentic Japanese dishes including sushi, sashimi, ramen, donburi, tempura, yakitori, udon, katsu, and more.
โœ… Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens.
โœ… Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
โœ… Knowledge of food costing, inventory control, recipe standardization, and food safety.
โœ… Ability to maintain high quality and consistency under pressure.
