Accounting & Office Administration Job Vacancy Key Responsibilities Date: 08/07/2026 • Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day transactions, process journal entries, and maintain organized financial ledgers. • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Issue invoices, track outstanding payments, process vendor bills, and execute payment runs. Office Administration • Office Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the office, fielding phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries. • Procurement: Monitor and track inventory of office supplies, reordering materials and coordinating with vendors. • Scheduling & Travel: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings and Jobs, and occasionally arrange travel plans and accommodations. • Document Management: Scan, file, and archive both paper and digital financial documents and personnel records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance. Qualifications & Requirements • Education: A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is typically preferred. • Experience: 1 - 4 years of demonstrated experience in a bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative role. • Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, ERP systems). Excellent knowledge of English and Basic of Arabic.
