Executive or Head Pastry Chef

We are looking for an talented and experienced Executive or Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry kitchen in Kuwait , only Kuwait based candidates can apply and looking for non- arab candidates.

Key Responsibilities :
-Lead, train and manage the pastry team
-Oversee daily kitchen operations
-Innovate and create pastry recipes and menus
-Ensure top quality, taste and presentation standards
-Manage inventory , ordering and cost control
-Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
-Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operation
-Handle special orders & customer request
-prepare performance reports for management

Requirements:
-Experience as Sous chef / Asst.Executive chef
-Culinary qualification preferred
-Strong knowledge of baking and pastry trends
-Leadership and team management skills
-Good organization and time management
-Ability to work under pressure
-Strong Communication skills
