Position: Purchase Assistant cum Accountant
đź“Ť Location: Kuwait

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers
* knowledge of payment transfer TT / LC at SIGHT / LC at USANCE and co-ordinating with bank till received final LC or TT
* Obtain and compare supplier quotations
* Coordinate shipments, and required documents for clearance
* Maintain supplier and purchasing records
* Maintain Record payments, expenses, and accounting transactions
* Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, and finance departments

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Previous experience in purchasing and accounting
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Candidates must currently be available in Kuwait
* Only candidates who are ready to join immediately should apply
