Description

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Supervisor with a strong background in Talabat operations to join our team.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Delivery Supervisor in Kuwait.
Hands-on experience managing Talabat delivery operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of rider performance, shift planning, and daily operations.
Ability to solve operational issues and maintain service quality.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Local Hire Only).

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support delivery riders on a daily basis.
Monitor rider attendance, performance, and KPIs.
Coordinate shifts and ensure operational coverage.
Handle rider issues and communicate with the operations team.
Ensure compliance with company and Talabat operational standards.
