Description

The Room Service Supervisor is responsible for ensuring guests’ expectations are met. She directs the room service attendant to provide a warm caring atmosphere, luxurious and personalized service for the patients. Checks work quality, allocates staff according to imperial, royal and other rooms need.



QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

At least Degree in relevant field.

Food & Beverage service training is a plus

Minimum 2-3 year experience in a food & beverage service field or hotelier background

Good command of English Language; and Arabic is a plus.

Computer Proficiency: Computer basics knowledge
