Role Overview
The Logistics Officer will coordinate customs clearance and import/export operations, ensure compliance with Kuwait regulatory requirements, maintain accurate shipment records, and communicate effectively with clients, customs authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate customs clearance for import and export shipments.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and government requirements.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping and clearance documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, transporters, and customs brokers.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Support daily logistics and customs operations.
Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
