### Job Title: Testing & Commissioning Engineer – HV Substations

We are seeking an experienced **Testing & Commissioning Engineer** for **132/11kV GIS Substation** projects in Kuwait.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum **5 years' experience** in HV substation testing & commissioning.
* **Kuwait/MEW project experience preferred.**
* Hands-on experience in testing and commissioning of:

* 132kV GIS and 11kV Switchgear
* Protection relays (Siemens 7SR series or equivalent)
* Power transformers, battery chargers, DC systems and auxiliary transformers
* CTs, VTs, circuit breakers, cables and earthing systems
* Primary injection, secondary injection, HV testing, functional and interlock testing
* SCADA/Telemetry and station energization activities
* Familiar with IEC standards and preparation of testing reports.
* Ability to coordinate with client, consultant and OEM representatives during testing and commissioning.

### Job Title: Site Supervisor – HV Substations (Electrical)

We are looking for an experienced **Site Supervisor** to oversee the installation and erection of **400kV/300kV/132kV/33kV/11kV/0.415kV substations** in Kuwait.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily electrical installation activities on site.
* Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
* Oversee installation of:

* GIS switchgear (400kV & 132kV)
* Power transformers and shunt reactors
* 11kV switchgear and control/protection panels
* Power, control, and fiber optic cables
* Cable trays, earthing systems, batteries, chargers, and auxiliary equipment
* Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
* Coordinate with project engineer, client representative's, OEMs, and testing teams.
* Monitor productivity, quality, and site safety.
* Prepare daily progress reports and resolve site issues.
* Support pre-commissioning and testing activities until project completion.

#### Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
* **Minimum 5 years of experience** in HV substation erection projects.
* **Kuwait experience (MEW/MEWRE, PAHW, KOC, KNPC, or similar projects) is highly preferred.**
* Strong knowledge of GIS substations, transformers, switchgear, cable installation, and electrical equipment.
* Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate multiple site activities.
* Good leadership and communication skills.
* Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.

### Job Title: Office Manager / HR & Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized **Office Manager / HR & Project Coordinator** to join our growing engineering and contracting team in Kuwait. This role combines office administration, HR support, and project coordination, acting as the central point between management, project teams, clients, and suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
* Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, and documentation.
* Coordinate project documentation, correspondence, transmittals, and technical records.
* Track project schedules, manpower, and key milestones.
* Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and follow up on action items.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Assist management with tender documentation, quotations, and contract administration.
* Maintain organized filing systems for company and project documents.
* Support procurement and logistics coordination when required.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, project coordination, or technical secretarial work.
* **Experience in engineering, construction, or electrical contracting companies is highly preferred.**
* **Kuwait experience is preferred.**
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with document control systems is an advantage.
* Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
