We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a farm.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all farm operations, including crop cultivation, irrigation, harvesting, and maintenance activities.
Plan and monitor planting schedules to ensure optimal productivity and yield.
Supervise farm workers and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor the health of crops and implement pest and disease control measures as required.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of farm equipment, machinery, and irrigation systems.
Maintain inventory of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other farm supplies.
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate farm records.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Farm Manager or in a similar agricultural management role.
Strong knowledge of farming practices, irrigation systems, crop management, and farm operations.
Ability to manage and lead a multicultural workforce.
Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and make operational decisions.
Valid driving licence preferred.
Arabic and/or English communication skills preferred.
