**Architectural Foreman**

**Key Responsibilities**

* Supervise and coordinate all architectural and finishing works from blockwork through final completion and handover.
* Oversee plastering, painting, façade finishing, insulation, and waterproofing activities.
* Receive, inspect, and verify finishing materials delivered to the site, including paints and related products.
* Monitor painting operations and all finishing stages in coordination with the site engineer.
* Verify opening dimensions and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
* Conduct quality inspections and facilitate the handover of completed works to the designated internal or external consultant.
* Ensure that all finishing works are executed in accordance with project quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

**Qualifications**

* Proven experience as an Architectural Finishing Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of finishing trades, construction drawings, and quality-control procedures.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
* Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver projects to a high standard and within schedule.
