**Civil Foreman**

**Key Responsibilities**

* Supervise and coordinate all civil and structural works, including excavation, foundations, concrete works, masonry, and site development activities.
* Organize daily work schedules and allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently.
* Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
* Inspect work quality and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
* Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve field issues and maintain progress.
* Verify dimensions, levels, and alignments before and during construction activities.
* Maintain accurate site records and support inspections, testing, and handover of completed works.

**Qualifications**

* Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and quality-control practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple crews and deliver work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
