Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and increase sales.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
• Achieve sales and account management targets.
• Conduct client meetings and follow up on customer requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the logistics, delivery, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.
