HR Manager

A leading **Construction Company** is looking for an experienced and dynamic **HR Manager** to lead and manage all HR functions.

Requirements:

* Minimum **10 years of HR experience** in the **construction industry**
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compensation & benefits, and labor laws
* Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and HR strategies
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree is an advantage)
* GCC experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the company's HR operations and recruitment activities
* Develop and implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance
* Manage employee relations, performance management, and training & development
* Support organizational growth by attracting and retaining top talent
* Advise management on HR best practices and workforce planning
