Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily administrative and office tasks.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
• Prepare reports, letters, and presentations.
• Assist with data entry and document management.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in a delivery, logistics, or transportation company is preferred.
