Description

we are a travels based in Salmiya and seeking a Ticketing & Administration Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Airline ticket reservations, issuance, reissuance, and cancellations.
Handle customer travel inquiries and provide travel-related assistance.
Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain office records.
General administrative and office management duties.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a travel agency.
Proficiency in airline reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
Good knowledge of international ticketing and fare calculations.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).
Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
Transferable visa (Article 18) preferred.
