Royalty, a leading premium catering and banquet company in Kuwait, is seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee banquet and event operations from setup to completion.
Lead and supervise banquet service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Coordinate with the kitchen, sales, and operations departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and hospitality.
Handle client requests professionally and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Banquet Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
Previous experience in hotels, luxury catering, or banquet operations is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire pastry and bakery department and manage daily operations.
Develop and create new pastry and dessert concepts while maintaining high-quality standards.
Ensure consistency, quality, presentation, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Lead, train, and supervise the pastry team to achieve operational excellence.
Manage inventory, ingredients, and production requirements efficiently.
Ensure outstanding presentation and product quality that reflects the company’s premium hospitality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in pastry and bakery operations, with previous leadership experience.
Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or premium catering and hospitality companies is preferred.
Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills.
Ability to develop new products and innovative dessert concepts.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
