We are hiring Locally from Kuwait for our Lebanese Restaurants for the following position.

Kitchen & Food Preparation:

-Head Chef / Executive Chef (Lebanese Cuisine)
-Sous Chef (Lebanese Cuisine)
-Chef de Partie (CDP): Specializes in a specific station (e.g., Grills, Mezza, or Pastry) (Lebanese Cuisine)
- Mezza Maker / Cold Prep Chef: Specializes in preparing authentic cold and hot appetizers like hummus, tabbouleh, and fattoush.
- Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward: Ensures all plates, mezza bowls, and kitchen equipment are impeccably clean.
- Restaurant Manager / Assistant Outlet Manager: Oversees daily dining operations, staff training, and guest satisfaction (Lebanese Cuisine)
- Maître D'hotel / Host(ess): Greets and seats guests, manages reservations, and handles inquiries.
- Captain / Head Waiter: Manages specific sections of the restaurant, takes orders, and recommends menu items.
- Chef de Rang / Waiter: Delivers food, attends to guest needs, and maintains table service.

- Chef for Lebanese Cuisine traditional Lebanese favorites with a twist, such as crispy falafel sandwiches, spicy shawarma wraps, and creamy kibbeh plates.
