Job Summary:
Zam Zam Perfume is looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Sales Person to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the perfect fragrances, provide excellent customer service, and help achieve sales targets while maintaining a professional shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes and fragrance products.
Demonstrate product features and explain fragrance notes and benefits.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on new products, promotions, and offers.
