We are looking for an experienced freelance specialist to manage and scale Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch and optimize conversion-focused campaigns
• Build retargeting and audience segmentation strategies
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR and other performance metrics
• Conduct creative and audience A/B testing
• Improve lead generation, sales and customer acquisition
• Provide clear performance reports and growth recommendations

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing successful Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel and Conversion API
• Experience with e-commerce and retargeting campaigns
• Data-driven, proactive and focused on measurable results
