Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience
Skilled in both Vegetarian & Non-Vegetarian cooking
Must know how to prepare Tandoori Roti, Butter Naan, Garlic Naan, Kali Naan, Kulcha, Lachha Paratha, Stuffed Paratha, and other Indian breads
Experience in preparing chicken curries, kebabs, tandoori items, paneer, dal, and other North Indian dishes
