Description

A leading company in the Digital Printing, Graphic Arts, Digital Finishing and Industrial Equipment sector is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team.

Key Product Areas

The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing of equipment such as:

• Digital Printing Machines
• Digital Label Printing & Finishing Machines
• DTF & DTG Printers
• UV Flatbed & UV DTF Printers
• Laser Cutting, Engraving & Marking Machines
• Vinyl Cutting Machines
• Digital Die-Cutting & Creasing Equipment
• Laminators
• Folding Machines
• Guillotine Cutting Machines
• Perfect Binding & Booklet Making Machines
• Other Digital Printing & Finishing Equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission machines at customer locations
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
• Provide technical support to customers
• Conduct machine demonstrations and operator training when required
• Attend service calls and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Maintain service reports and documentation
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams
• Travel to customer sites as required

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in servicing printing, digital printing, finishing or industrial machinery
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams is an advantage
• Experience with printers, DTF/DTG, UV printers, laser machines or finishing equipment will be preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Valid driving licence preferred
• Willingness to travel for customer service assignments
