Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Civil / Mechanical Manager with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing EPC, construction, maintenance, and shutdown projects. In addition to project execution, the candidate should possess strong business development skills and an established network within Kuwait's Oil & Gas sector to help generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of Oil & Gas industry experience in Kuwait.
Strong working relationships and business connections with KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, EQUATE, PIC, and major EPC contractors in Kuwait.
Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and secure contracts for the company.
Experience in EPC, Maintenance, Shutdown, Brownfield, and Greenfield projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) membership/registration will be an added advantage.
