## 🚨 We're Hiring: Senior HVAC Maintenance Engineer / Senior Plumbing Maintenance Engineer – Kuwait

We are seeking experienced professionals for the following positions:

✅ **Senior HVAC Maintenance Engineer**
✅ **Senior Plumbing Maintenance Engineer**

### Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, supervise, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
* Lead maintenance teams and ensure timely execution of work orders.
* Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC/Plumbing system failures.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and maintenance standards.
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
* Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and technical documentation.
* Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.

### Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum **8–10 years** of maintenance experience in HVAC or Plumbing systems.
* Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
* Experience with commercial, industrial, or oil & gas facilities is preferred.
* Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
* GCC/Kuwait experience is preferred.
