We Are Hiring – Quality Assurance Engineer

AlHasawi Group is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team in Kuwait. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in manufacturing quality processes, we would like to hear from you.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with previous experience in a polyurethane foaming PIR/PUR continuous line or discontinuous line factory will be given preference.

Qualifications Required:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
✔ Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection, and testing techniques
✔ Experience in production audits, material inspections, and customer complaint handling
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
✔ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct regular inspections of incoming materials and finished products
✔ Perform audits using structured quality checklists
✔ Identify opportunities for process and product improvement
✔ Analyze testing data and customer feedback to enhance quality
✔ Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company quality standards
✔ Investigate and resolve customer complaints within the defined timeframe

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Currently available in Kuwait
✔ Transferable Article 18 (Ahli) visa is mandatory
✔ Accommodation and food will not be provided by the company
