**Car Delivery Drivers Required – Kuwait**

**Al Thiqa Al Motamada Co.** is hiring **Car Delivery Drivers** to join our growing delivery fleet.

**Monthly Performance Pay**

**Category S**

* 350 KWD + 0.020 KWD per km

**Category A**

* 250 KWD + 0.020 KWD per km

**Category B**

* 170 KWD + 0.020 KWD per km

**Category C**

* 50 KWD + 0.020 KWD per km

**Category D (Invalid Month)**

* 0.250 KWD per completed order + 0.020 KWD per km

**Requirements to Qualify for Monthly Performance Pay**

* Work 10+ hours per day.
* Stay online for at least 90% of every booked shift.
* Complete a minimum of 2 orders per day.
* Meet the monthly VDA requirements and mandatory working days.
* Performance is evaluated based on:

* Completed Orders – 35%
* UTR – 35%
* On-Time Delivery Rate – 10%
* Completion Rate – 10%
* Accept Rate – 10%
