Delivery Co. – Kuwait
A leading 3PL Delivery & Logistics Company managing delivery operations and riders across Kuwait.

👤 Position: Delivery Supervisor

📋 Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage delivery riders
* Monitor daily shifts, attendance & performance
* Ensure riders complete assigned orders and targets
* Manage rider zones and operational issues
* Coordinate with the operations team and delivery platform
* Handle rider complaints and solve daily issues
* Prepare daily performance reports
* Ensure company policies and safety standards are followed

✅ Requirements

* Previous experience in delivery/logistics supervision preferred
Good in excel and Google sheet
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage a large rider team
* Good knowledge of Excel GoogleSheet & Reporting
* Flexible and able to work under pressure
* Kuwait delivery experience is an advantage
