UPS Delivery Co. – Kuwait



A leading 3PL Delivery & Logistics Company managing delivery operations and riders across Kuwait.



?? Position: Delivery Supervisor



?? Key Responsibilities



• Supervise and manage delivery riders

• Monitor daily shifts, attendance & performance

• Ensure riders complete assigned orders and targets

• Manage rider zones and operational issues

• Coordinate with the operations team and delivery platform

• Handle rider complaints and solve daily issues

• Prepare daily performance reports

• Ensure company policies and safety standards are followed



? Requirements



• Previous experience in delivery/logistics supervision preferred

Good in excel and Google sheet

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage a large rider team

• Good knowledge of Excel GoogleSheet & Reporting

• Flexible and able to work under pressure

• Kuwait delivery experience is an advantage
