Warehouse keeper
• Receiving and Inspecting: Check incoming goods against delivery notes or purchase orders; report any damaged or missing items.
• Storage and Organization: Arrange products properly using safety guidelines and methods like First-In, First-Out (FIFO). Marking and labelling stock
• Inventory Control: Conduct routine stock counts and update digital inventory systems or logs.
• Dispatch and Issuing: Pack, label, and release items for delivery or internal production use.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Keep the storage area clean and follow workplace safety rules and organizing
• Knowledge in Excel & Word
• Storage of inventory
• Inventory management
• Records management
• Communicating errors to relevant parties
• Managing, organizing and retrieving stock
• Perform inventory controls
• Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Managing inventory
• Organizing and maintaining stocks
• Receiving and dispatching goods
• Keeping records of transactions
• Ensuring the smooth operation of a store or warehouse
Requirements and Skills
• Education: Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous work in a warehouse, store, or logistics role. 2 to 5 years’ Experience.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software (like SAP or Excel).
• Physical Ability: Capability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Must be able to speak fluently in ARABIC or ENGLISH.
